Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and telephone number and must cooperate with carrier calls, delivery appointments, and reasonable access requirements.
Additional charges resulting from an incorrect address, missed appointment, unavailable recipient, restricted access, redelivery, storage, refusal, or other customer-caused delivery issue may be charged to the customer or deducted from any approved refund.

However, all sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Lotus Home & Living Store.
